1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using the Balash application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the app.
2. User Registration You may be required to register with the app. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
3. Purchases and Payment All prices are quoted in Syrian Pounds (SYP). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the app. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the app.
4. Prohibited Activities You may not access or use the app for any purpose other than that for which we make the app available. Prohibited activities include unauthorized framing, systematic retrieval of data, or attempting to impersonate another user.
5. Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise indicated, the app is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the app are owned or controlled by us.
6. Limitation of Liability In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
